On-Site service requires 30-min minimum charge if we resolve the issue, no charge if we don't!

We provide a professional level of quality to all of our services and it really shine with our Pro Support service. When your computer need "Hand-On" service we work in an electrically static safe environment (ESD Safe), taking all of the necessary precautions in order to safe guard your equipment. We also follow the factory repair guidelines guarantying a useful service every time! As an added bonus, we will even pick up and drop off your equipment LOCALLY for free!

Unlike other local computer repair shops, we are not restricted to "Factory original parts that often are outdated and more expensive. You will be given a choice when available to choose either Factory original or name brand after market parts. As an added bonus these after market parts are usually of better value since they are newer and in most cases bigger (or smaller) and faster while caring a longer warranties than factory parts.
