If your eBay item came with a No-DOA Guarantee or a 30-Day Warranty and your product failed and you are contacting us within the warranty time period, please email ebay@macassemble.com and include your full name, shipping address as written on your original shipment from us, and the auction numbers for the item(s) that has failed. We will contact you ASAP with a few basic tests to perform in hopes o resolving your issue. If we are unable to fix/repair your item(s) it will be at sole discretion to either issue a RMA so you can return the product for Repair/Replacement or a refund on the purchase price minus any shipping charges.
If your shipment was sent VIA USPS (United States Postal Service) you do not have a tracking number only a delivery confirmation number which can be emailed to you upon request. If your item was Shipped UPS (Computers and other large items) you should receive a tracking number within 24-hours of your actual shipment leaving us. If after 24-hours you do not receive a tracking number please contact us to receive this information. Please be sure to specify your Full Name and shipping address as well as the auction number(s) that are in your shipment.
When possible we will combine hipping to save you money. We usually are able to combine shipping for smaller items that ship via USPS. We do not combine very heavy or very large items, in order to ensure a safe delivery. The password for your refurbished computer is written on the bottom of the included setup sheet. If you did not receive this setup sheet or have misplaced it, use our Forgotten Password form to have the default password sent to you via email or telephone. NOTE: if you have change your password since receiving your computer, it may be quite difficult to reset. You may be required to buy or borrow a copy of the Mac OS 10 that is installed on your computer (Usually the latest Mac OS)
